We want you to love your Dugami jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@dugami.com with your order number
- We'll provide return instructions
- Send items back in their original packaging
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Personalised or custom items cannot be returned
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive your return.
