How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 days) is also available. International shipping takes 5-21 days depending on destination.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders over £50.

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Yes, all our jewellery features genuine natural gemstones. Each stone is unique, so slight variations in colour and pattern are normal and part of what makes your piece special.

Will the jewellery tarnish?
We use high-quality materials, but like all jewellery, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions to keep your pieces looking their best.

What sizes are available?

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
